Most of the recipes here are gluten-­free, some are also dairy­-free and vegan. Please have fun with these recipes and feel free to tweak them and experiment according to your family’s preferences, requirements or idiosyncrasies. For example, my girls will happily chomp down raw sunflower seeds, but if I put them inside a recipe, they won’t eat it.
