Working Mom, Certified Health Coach.

I’m Tiffany Lundgren, busy working mom and certified health coach. I started Happy Healthy Life to show people how they can turn their health and life around, just like I did.

I don’t preach, I don’t judge and I’m not some paragon of perfection.

I’m here to inspire and guide you to make the healthy lifestyle transition, for you and your family. My mission is to make the process simple, doable and fun! I figured it out so you don’t have to.

Time, Money & Pleasure

I’m not one of those people who wants to spend all day in the kitchen, and between work and my kids’ activities, I don’t have the time, even if I wanted to.

I’m also not willing to go on some austere, rigid eating plan and I absolutely refuse to sacrifice flavor, fun or pleasure.

In my journey to transform my health, I found ways to do it without breaking the bank. Some of my food choices may cost more than the standard American diet of processed foods, some cost less. But hey, I figure I’d rather spend money on keeping us healthy than on being sick!

Happy Healthy Lifestyle Isn’t Just About Food

It took a while for me to make the connection between my body and mind, between what I ate and how I felt mentally and emotionally. Also, I hadn’t recognized the relationship between how much sugar my kids ate and their school performance or behavior.

I’m not some mystical guru (Ha! not even close), so any body-mind tools I share with you are going to make sense and be easy to use.

At first, I resisted yoga and meditation, too hippy-crunchy-granola!
I didn’t think I could do it or that it would help me. Now I crave the peace, balance and centeredness I get from those kinds of practices.

So if you’re ready to…
● Have the energy of a kid again
● Sleep like a baby
● Drop the excess weight and get off the diet roller coaster
● Feel clear, focused and centered
● Bring the whole family along
Then click on the button below to get started and find out more.

Get The Kids On Board

I won’t lie, it took a little doing to get my kids on board, since I didn’t start them off right, but I figured it out. Now I have two girls who know how to make smart choices about their diet and lifestyle.

We have a lot of fun together, making some of their favorite recipes and bonding over other healthy lifestyle habits like outdoor sports and exercise or acroyoga.

And I feel good about the body-mind tools I’ve given them to manage school stress and create positive relationships.
